So there are a lot of PC based sip clients. There are a lot of
paid/customizable ones too. You really need to pick one "that_works_well"
with sipx. I would point out that counterpath, while not perfect, has the
provisioning built into sipxconfig already. You have to pick your poisons,
so to speak.

There is a list of open source softphones here, there are more, but its a
start.
