All these calls are to a LAN gateway/PRI. Sipx, gateway, and phones are all on the same switch(Cisco 3560). I don't have any sip trunks or connections to any outside ITSPs yet. I was incorrect about 6000's those calls are correctly clearing the active calls list. Seems to be only the 335's that are affected.

The causes could be a busy network, or an ITSP configuration issue or even a cpu/ram issue busy-ing out a process at the time the BYE is being sent. If it is only outbound calls, it makes me want to take a long hard look at the signalling fron the ITSp or gateway... It seems the outbound calls from the Polycom 335 and 6000 phones "sometimes" get stuck in the Active Calls views. Claiming that calls are in progress and lasting for hours, when they were short few minute calls. I experienced this last week, restarted CDR and they went away. Same issue seems to be happening today. Where should I start to diagnose this issue?
