[sipx-users] Cisco WIP310 - wifi issues

This is not really a sipx question, but I wanted to give it a shot here 
and see if anyone had experienced this.
We bought a few Cisco WIP310 wifi phones. They worked perfect in 
testing. When we try to put them in use at a different site, they will 
not connect to a SSID that is not broadcasting. The Cisco WAP has an 
identical config. I have no clue what couldbe causing it. I have done 
factory resets on the phone, and it does no good. Has anyone played with 
one of these extensively? Has anyone seen a similar issue? I realize 
this is kind of obscure.
