I'm currently using sipxecs-4.2.1-100820-x86_64 and we are running into http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XX-4997 (transferring calls between ACD's don't work).
Here's our setup: We have a customer service hotline ran by an ACD queue. 25% of the calls are actually for another service department. Which is on another ACD queue. When the agent tries to transfer to the other queue it fails (blind transfer or normal). Right now the customer service hotline is taking a message and sending via email to the other department. The last comment in xx-4997 is from 2010-08-22 so seems like its not going to be fixed with current software. Does Open ACD have this ability?
