I must be missing something.... I don't have this problem at all. I don't experience anything like what is described below or in the ticket. Maybe I'm not reading it correctly. I just placed a call from the PSTN to my ACD queue. I answered it on one of the agent's phones, and then transferred it to another internal extension. No problem at all. We do it constantly. Is that what is being described as not working? Reading again below, is it just that it can't transfer to another ACD queue? In the jira ticket, it seems to indicate you can't transfer to anything.
