I apologize if this has already been discussed, but when an authcode call is placed, how is the call associated to the user to whom the call is placed. I looked at the CDR database and it does not link the authcode number to the call in any way. Is there a plan or a way to incorporate a report that links them or a link in the CDR database that has the authcode number in it. For me the reason we use authcode is for a bill back process. We utilized the description field for the username of the authcode owner.
