It works for me, but call pickup is a bit picky in my environment.
When Bria calls Bria then Tandberg C40 can pick up
When Patton calls Bria then Tandberg C40 can't pick up.

Maybe your problems are caused by similar effects.

For the rest most of my call pick ups work fine.....(haven't tested every
possibility)

A few examples:
Calling party Bria:
callee: Tandberg C40 => Bria can't pick up
callee: Tandberg C40 => Polycom can't pick up
callee: Bria => Bria can pick up
callee: Bria => Tandberg can pick up
callee: Polycom => Bria can pick up

Callling from a Tandberg :
callee: Bria => Bria can pick up
callee: Bria => Polycom can pick up
callee: Polycom => Bria can pick up
(no spare Tandberg yet)

Calling from a Patton
callee: Bria => Bria can pick up
callee: Bria => Tandberg can't pick up -- different from when Bria
calls...
callee: Bria => Polycom can pick up
callee: Polycom => Tandberg can't pick up
callee: Polycom => Bria can pick up
callee: Tandberg => Bria can't pick up
