If you're manually configuring the audiocodes gateways you can add a source number manipulation under Protocol Configuration >> Manipulation Tables >> Source Number IP -> Tel For your scenario, try the following settings: Dest Prefix

(gw12xx, gw15xx, gw17xx). On the unmanaged gateways set the caller-id you want to force outbound. Put all your 12xx users in the 12xx branch, etc. Put only the phantom gateways in the outbound dial plan entries. Thus you'll avoid forcing caller-id on a per user or group basis and do it by what gateway is used!
