Yes, that is an option, and what I plan on doing. It does leave room for errors, or removing of that address by the user since it is available in the portal. I am viewing this similar to a CPA firm putting a banner on the bottom of all emails that leave the company for compliance. I would like to have it Guaranteed to work, rather than hope it works.

Make the second e-mail addresses all be the same destination... I don't see a method of configuring the preference in any screens. Does anyone know of a method of doing this, or did it possibly not make it into the release. Possibly a file needs to be manually edited for this? Additionally, anyone know of a method of automatically forwarding ALL faxes received by sipxecs to one specific email address, along with the one we configure under a user. I have a use case where the business owner needs to receive a copy of all Faxes received by the company.
