Well i tested this with being logged into IM and having a different IM account to see the changes. As i stated the Polycom calls work just fine and just this other phone was not working so i guess it might be related to support of the SIP Dialogue functions that Tony stated. Which means that only phones supporting this feature will be able to show "on the phone" status thru IM. But please correct us if wrong.
