Thanks - again...

I wonder if the kiwi has something on this :)...

On a more serious note - is there a listing of where/how sipXecs is broken down
in terms of file/folder locations - or is this just something people get a
handle on from just exploring? I'm not a linux nerd, so much of the file
structure logic isn't second nature.

Subject: Re: [sipx-users] easy way to check outbound caller-id on user level?

not from sipxconfig...

/var/sipxdata/sipdb/caller-alias.xml is the file you want to copy and open and
look at (don't edit directly)

the alias tage in the entry is the line you want. the sip: identity defines the
callerid sent if defined at the user level.

<alias>"498
498"<sip:[email protected]<mailto:498%26quot%3b%26lt%3bsip%[email protected]>></alias>

so user 498 is caller id 5551235678

I set the outbound caller-id on each individual user (we have several exchanges
- if that is the correct term - that we serve from our location - and need very
granular control). Is there a way to view a list of all the outbound
caller-id's in one place? I'm trying to find users where I forgot to set their
outbound caller-id - and I would prefer to not have to look at each individual
user.
