I updated to the latest version of sipXecs last night. This morning – our 911 department said they could no longer transfer calls. Could be non-related, but thought I’d double check for similar issues.
Here is the call setup/scenario: Inbound calls are from Verizon PRI into Patton 5960 – calls go to sipXecs – the admin lines for 911 are on an audiocodes mp 118 fxs. Once the call is answered and they attempt to transfer the call to our legacy NEC box – the call just rings back on the analog sipXecs line. They did say that if they immediately hang up and don’t let it ring, the call will transfer successfully. Any thoughts? I of course don’t have any logs to offer yet – but will get them when I get a few minutes Thanks, ________________________________ This message and any files transmitted with it are intended only for the individual(s) or entity named.
