Hello all, Don't know if anyone has encountered this issue yet. I've been searching high and low all day and driving myself crazy trying to figure out why my brand new Cisco SPA504G and SPA502G phones are able to make outbound calls with no problem but absolutely will not receive inbound calls. They are successfully registered to sipx, yet when I try to call any of the extensions, it goes straight to voicemail.
It is absolutely infuriating that I can't auto provision these from sipx and have to manually configure them. I know that Cisco products are known for being unnecessarily complicated to configure, but this is just insane. If only I could have found Polycom phones that were cheaper than these POSes. sipx is 4.4.0 Firmware on the phones is 7.4.3a Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks -Gary -- Gary J.
