Someone mentioned something along the lines of the remote office not even needing a sipx box. The office is running polycom 550 phones but I've never done a remote polycom setup.
My limited knowledge of this would be that I should take the phones, update them to a certain level, bring them back to his office, set up the usual firewall/router (non ALG) that allows the phones to connect to our sipx box over IP and voila, all done. That might be even simpler than putting a sipx box at their end assuming I can get it right. This thread has been most useful in many ways. _______________________________________________ sipx-users mailing list [email protected] List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-users/
