All, thanks for your input, all good stuff. I totally missed the fax fields on the unified messaging field. I will test with a DID.
The reason for the SMB related option is I didn't want to transfer documents with personal-identifiable-information across the internet over port 25. We no longer have MS exchange on-site and have moved to Google Apps, therefore, our mail transmission are no longer internal to us. I will start with testing what is there.
