I have an install that cannot seem to get the Caller ID set via the User 
Group or User Level on outbound calls.  I can only get the caller ID set 
at the gateway level. Voip.ms is the ITSP.  I have other locations that 
have technically the same thing with the exact same settings on the 
voip.ms account, and gateway and it works.

The username and extension end up going to voip.ms if I blank out the 
default caller id on the gateway.  The user group has the correct caller 
ID and the user only belongs to one user group.

Anybody else had this problem?
