Hello,

we have several PolyCom SoundPoint 650 (firmware see below) phones that are 
equipped with a Jabra PRO 9470 (firmware 3.4.1) headset with a DHGS cable. 
The headset is working fine on outgoing calls, the voice is clear 
everything is fine with one execption. The initial call "setup" on incoming 
calls is somewhat delayed. The phone and the headset are ringing on the 
incoming call. If you hook up the call via headset or the phone itself it 
takes about 3-4 seconds that there is some "audio". I can't hear the 
calling party and he doesn't hear anything either. After the 3-4 seconds 
and several "hello are you there?" audio is there and anything is fine. I 
tried to search the jabra kb but I can't find an answer. I'm not sure is 
this is related to sipxecs at all but maybe someone on the list has a 
similar configuration and a tip.

sipxecs config: analogHeadsetOption is on/on

The headset is set to Jabra mode on the phone, echo cancelling is on.
