Hello all, I have a sipXecs 4.4 server (4.4.0- 2011-10-12EDT17:34:54 domU-12-31-39-00-0D-21) with Polycom Soundpoint phones (331, 450, 560, 650, etc...) connected internally. The connection to the ITSP is via a SIP trunk gateway using the built-in SBC. Basically the system works as one would expect. Extensions can call each other. Inbound/outbound calling to/from the ITSP works, etc...
This is where it gets weird. If a user is on the phone (ITSP or another extension, inbound or outbound doesn't matter, just on the line) inbound calls from the ITSP do not ring on the phone. The call rings for the x seconds and goes to voicemail. If the user is on the phone and another extension calls the second line on the phone rings as expected. I've been digging through the settings and cannot find anything that would seem to address this. What should I be looking at?
