Just a quick update, but still having the same issue. I logged into the user portal and saw the option to enable MyBuddy. This is working great and is very cool btw. So, I can assume that everything is fine with the Presence installation. The only thing that is still not working is the status changing to "On The Phone" while on a call. Can anyone think of any reason this would not work? I have the option turned on to change the presence in the user portal.
