I have a client who has an absolute requirement to have a message played prior to the call being forwarded if the user is away.

Scenario:

1. Call comes in, user is away.
2. 20 seconds later (or however long) the system plays a message "Your call is being forwarded..." or whatever.
3. The call is then forwarded to an external number.

I don't immediately see a way to do this in 4.2 and my 4.4 test environment is down for a few days.

Is this do-able/customizable in any way?
