I have looked at the Voice Operator Panel and it looks pretty good. The only problem is that if you only want it to control a desk phone and not use the SoftPhone it is $400 a seat! I have been looking for something similar that would provide "3rd Party" CTI control of Polycom phones and the choices are limited at best. Camrivox Flexor looks to be one of the only options. Does anyone know of any other similar products that would offer Basic CTI call control (Answer, Transfer, Hold, etc.) using a physical set for the talk path? It seems like Polycom might have something native in this arena, but their site and product descriptions are so incredibly vague it is hard to know what they offer! Obviously, if you are willing to use a softphone it opens up a lot of options. However, what are your experiences with USB deskphones like the Polycom CX series?
