Thanks Paul!  With regards to the quality of the CX, I
somehow expected that the "user experience" wasn't quite the
same.  I still may pick up a CX300 though and give it a
whirl with Bria.  

With regards to VOP Micro it will not work with an standard
SIP phone to do call control.  You have to use the softphone
and pair it with something like the CX's we've been
discussing.  Not a bad solution, but patiently waiting for
something that just does "3rd Party" control of a "true" SIP
phone.  In all honesty if I were going the CX300 route I
could just use Bria as Paul is doing and it would provide
for full call control and XMPP integration.
