You would need to create a patch for sipXregister to change this.

I recall back in with 4.0.1 a patch was submitted that makes sipxregister 
respond to a NATTED registration request with a new interval of 300 seconds in 
the 200 OK.

So, despite what you set in the polycom config, when the 200OK comes back from 
the proxy it will set a new registration time.

I'll try and dig up the jira.  It should have details on the patch if you want 
to reverse it.

I poked around, but I was unable to find a way to increase this
 
Can this be changed?
