I'm somewhat familiar with Brian's setup. They aren't using remote workers - They are using voip.ms/sibxbridge. They are running the latest 4.4.

Review the system activity (top) and see if you are using SWAP. Do you use sipxbridge for trunking? Do you support remote workers? Restarting the services does you no real service because you will have less of a chance to fiure out "why" the calls are failing.
