The only time I had to actually "pick" one of the signalling methods was
when I was connecting to an old Nortel Option 61c that didn't have advanced
Q.SIG. DMS-100(Nortel) was the only method I could seem to get internal
name and number to pass through.

Otherwise, it's really a matter of what the PRI provider supports.
