OK so I was able to get it working. After I reimaged the server with a 4.4 ISO CD and reprogrammed it began working. Not sure if it had something to do with my programming that I may have missed or added before so I wiped the slate clean and started over. Now my only problem is that I put an upgrader firmware on my test Polycom by accident and now one of my remote sets is in constant reboot loop. Sometimes I just cant win, but at least now that it works I can get to deploying my first server next week with some confidence.
