One of two things has happened.

1. You have a bootrom/firmware that is incompatible with the phone (HINT:
Bootrom 4.3.1 and firmware 3.2.6 is pretty safe on most current polycom
models), or
2. You have a badly formed config file being pushed to the phone (like a
bad efk function). If it is the EFK, remove it from the config and re-push
the phone.
