Great. Weight is only a factor if you have multiple servers with the same priority.
So, this is basic and should always be done to verify DNS is configured properly. next, what ports are forwarded in to the sipXecs box? and.... is outbound port randomization disabled on your firewall (and what kind of firewall is it... i don't recall you saying)?
