Ok, fair enough; thanks for the feedback regarding REFER handling. One last question then: How is an external SBC (or any other B2BUA like a gateway) for that matter; is expected to handle MoH? When an SBC receives an updated SDP for unidirectional RTP; it simply proxies that signal. It doesn't necessarily bridge it to a newly initiated dialog to an IVR to play MoH.
