I do understand that there is a problem with supporting the standard. I assume that it is a particular RFC standard. Is that correct. I have placed a support question out to CounterPath asking them if there is ever going to be an option within the software to select a music file. This same problem occurs when using the VOP software from JoHeR. Jean at least allows for the selection of a music file. This issue is causing my users and company "Big" problems as customers believe that the call has been placed into a "Black Hole" when placed on hold. LoL....
