50000-50050 are the ports used for transfer. Depending on the type of ftp
client you have port 20 (active) might be needed instead of 21 (passive).

Polycom (non eol models) are PASV clients, and vsftpd in sipx is configured
for ports 50000-50050 for data by default. Also, I typically tweak the
vsftpd.conf file to include the PASV address too.
