None of this matters. You can't send callerid name on PSTN calls witht hem, unless it is to other voip.ms customers, at which point it sends the line subscriber name, not the trunk name.
It means when you ported the number to voip.ms you didn't check the box to specify callerid name so they will require you to "re-port" the number (additional fees apply) to get rid of the low cost no-name provider they ported you to when you did the original port.
