I'm just being the messenger here but like anything else, this is simply about sharing information which benefits all of us. If a provider is dicey in some way or another, it's good if the community which shares such information has the facts. Having the vise president call me to give me all of the above information means to me that they truly care about what people say about them and they want to make sure they get things right for the customer. I haven't had any problems with sales, in fact, I've never seen anyone work so hard to get an account. They don't even know if I'll bring one or ten thousand items in business to them but so far have treated me with nothing but respect and care. They have given me test trunks for way beyond the amount of time they normally have and have stayed in touch with me on a very regular basis. When I send sales an email, I get a reply within minutes. When I contact support, they are on it instantly. I can't say anything wrong about them and how much they want you to be happy as a customer. What ever is going on with this port 5080 thing, it's just some weird thing that I can't get involved with beyond this point. I don't know what the confusion is, I only know what I've found to date and am moving on at this point. _______________________________________________ sipx-users mailing list [email protected] List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-users/
