Hi all

Pesky tester here again.

I am trying to fathom the call centre in 4.6. It is a bit
tricky and I think there is some redundant setup that can be
done on the web portal port 9999 that I think I am meant to
ignore.

I have a basic queue setup and I can logon via the web agent
portal and calls present.

I was wondering though is there any way to get periodic
announcements, be they postion in queue, estimated wait
time, or custom messages?

I looked at the recipe steps, but didn't see anything in
there that was immediately obvious.
