The order of the mkfs/mount for hda1 and hda4 was reversed (/boot
mounted before /).
I hand-edited it on the image server for now.
BTW, on your golden image, it has SystemImager 3.6.3 right?
$ rpm -qa|grep systemimag
systemimager-i386initrd_template-3.6.3-1
systemimager-client-3.6.3-1
systemimager-common-3.6.3-1
