I was hoping for this question. Yes, as far as I am aware, the current policy is to just mirror the news page which is fine as long as the news cycle is not "short" but if it is, then really important news get drowned. Given that the terms short and important are subject to interpretation, I refrain from formulating a general policy. The best I can do is to suggest self-imposed censorship. On the other hand, Apache's position on the JSPA is as important as it gets. Thus, its promotion to fresh news status.
