Ted,
Just keep in mind that our position on the JSPA is totally coupled with the current JSPA revision cycle. If the JSPA changes significantly so will our position. Assuming the JSPA changes, the JSPA is a volatile document. I don't think it makes sense to enshrine it on our "mission" page. The headlines section on the jakarta home page, is the section that gets most eyeball time on our site. The goal is to publicize our JSPA position as widely as possible while it matters, because next month it won't anymore. By prominently placing our JSPA position on our site, we imply that the ASF means business. -- Ceki At 14:38 06.03.2002 -0500, Ted Husted wrote: >Besides the FAQ page, how about the Mission page? > >You could also start a section at the top of News and Status for >"Position Papers" or something. > > >Ceki Glc wrote: > > > > >How about putting the JSPA link somewhere else ? > > > > OK but where? > > > > -- > > To unsubscribe, e-mail: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > > For additional commands, e-mail: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > >-- Ted Husted, Husted dot Com, Fairport NY US >-- Developing Java Web Applications with Struts >-- Tel: +1 585 737-3463 >-- Web: http://husted.com/struts -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For additional commands, e-mail: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
