That is EXACTLY my problem.  Here are the particulars of my computer:

Windows 2000 Professional
SiteScooper 3.1.2
ActivePerl 5.6.1.630
ISiloC32.exe AND ISiloX (I have used both but get the same problem with 
each)
I have modified the PATH to include both the \perl\bin and \isilo 
directories

I still do not get the .pdb file to generate.  I am out of ideas at this 
point.  It seems that our problem is in the iSiloC32 generating the .pdb 
file and not with sitescooper itself.  I am trying to manually generate 
the .pdb file from the command prompt using various iSiloC32 command line 
parameters.  I will let you know if I have any success.
