Since I've had a multitude of emails asking about Mike and the subject matter (who is he, what knowledge and experience does he have, does Tim endorse, support, recommend this, where does he come from, etc., etc.), AND HERE IS WHERE YOU WILL FIND ME! NOT ANTAGONISTIC ABOUT ANY ISSUES OR IDENTITIES BUT AS LOUIS CARROL PUT IT, "CURIOUSER AND CURIOUSER"! I HEAR THAT LAST NIGHT TIM RANTED ON ABOUT HIS "ENDORSEMENTS AND ASSOCIATIONS" BUT I COULD NOT GET HOOKED UP SOON ENOUGH AND HAVE NOT HAD A CHANCE TO HEAR THE RECORDING -- BUT I WILL! READ ON DOWN\|/ I need to use this "send to all" message because of my time restraint (need to be on a plane in a few hours!!! - I'm cuttin' it short!). This email list that you are on via me, and which is in Tim's name, is in support of him and his program that he's brought forth to all of us. Sometimes with Tim's permission I've been able to present "advertising" if you will, to some related endeavors, and in this case it's to be known, as it was in January with Mike's first seminar in Chicago, that Tim does not "endorse" this seminar, can't give an opinion-recommendation, etc., because he's never been in attendance, nor does he have first-hand knowledge of what Mike is teaching other than the subject matter of the "Inns and Outs of Court" - (a play on words for the Inns of Court in London, England......can't believe it's been 25 years already since I combed the streets in that area of London, went on a "London Walk," went to the powdery wig maker's shop, heard about Margaret Thatcher and her years there, and learned about Barristers vs. Soliciters, plus Esquires, contrary to our attorneys and lawyers). This week within his extremely busy schedule Tim has been selfless in giving Mike some hours of time to help explain the law behind the Declaration that most of us have heard about and possibly read and support. I CANNOT HELP BUT WONDER WHY SUCH "HELP" HAS NOT BEEN FORTHCOMING IN SOME PUBLIC FORMAT READILY AVAILABLE TO THE STREETWISE BUMBLING FOOL LIKE ME WHO APPARENTLY JUST HASN'T RATED A GOOD, SOUND EXPLANATION OF ALL THAT CONSISTS OF THE "PROGRAM" WHICH DEMANDS ATTENTION AND AWARENESS ONLY OF THOSE WHOM I AM ADVISED MUST BE REGARDED AS "MY ELDERS". I AM IMMEDIATELY REMINDED IN ALL THIS OF THE INTENSE SECRECY OF THE "PROTOCOLS OF THE LEARNED ELDERS OF ZION", IT BEING THE LAST SEMBLANCE OF ORDER I PERSONALLY WOULD WISH TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH! I LIKE THAT NO MORE THAN MUCH OF WHAT TODAY IS PASSED OFF AS "MUSIC"!And even though Tim supports free enterprise (people who set up shop to promote "doing" your docs for you [not recommended], people who have created private online public recording sites [none endorsed by Tim], etc.), he just wants the message to be clear regarding his name and association with programs that while several of these kinds of opportunities have been advertised via this email avenue, it is up to you to do your own due diligence to check out the offerings of all opportunities to the best of your ability before you put your money and time down, OF COURSE I JUST HAVE TO AGREE WITH THIS! WOULDN'T IT HAVE BEEN NICE FOR OUR ONLY WELL KNOWN AND TRUSTED MEMBER OF THIS MAGNIFICENT AND THREE QUARTERS UNKNOWN, UNDOCUMENTED, OR UNATTRIBUTED QUARTET, TO HAVE PASSED ALONG HIS DUE DILLIGENCE RESULTS? PEOPLE REALLY DO HATE THE LESSONS OF HISTORY -- EVEN THEIR OWN. ~HAL~ During the 5 years that Tim studied the formation and foundations of creating law, what the different centuries and civilizations of law were predicated upon (Grecian, Roman, merchant and shipping laws of Rhodes and the ancient days, hauling the Cedars of Lebanon elsewhere while depositing the actual gold and metals with money exchangers in the Bible and sailing out with Letters of Credit, and so on and so forth), he brought forth out of the (probably) dusty (if like some gorgeous old golden and weathered 4" volumes from the 1800s in Creighton Law Library where I snoop around), the process of using a Negative Averment. He likes simple, but extremely powerful methods of "battle," so to speak, but it's non-controversial. It's the best stealth movement one could have in his arsenal. And it's the easiest process for all of us to learn and to use. The NA does the trick . . . . . no argument, no conflict, it exhausts your administrative remedies, and you come out the victor. It's that silent revolution in your favor. Work on learning this from Tim . . . backwards and forwards. And Praise the Lord for him!!
