What rock have you come out from under? "Persons" is a carryover word from the French language used from the 9th to approx. 16th century and it found its way into the English we now use which is about 600 years old. As french was spoken in the Anglo-Saxon world until the advent of English, the word "persons" was naturally tagged from that into English! Perhaps you could force yourself to use a lexicon source not of the Brave New World ODOR, but I guess that would stress you out! I have no idea what connection you were aiming to make with this random mention of a word but it makes zero sense in the context presented! You don't like the word "rant" Gosh! that's really too bad!
