it doesn't work. I've tried it too:

On my MBP, the path to emacsclient is:
/Applications/Emacs.app/Contents/MacOS/bin/emacsclient
But, in both cases, MacOS and MacOSX, the Emacs is launched, and raised
with Shift + Cmd + Click, but doesn't open the file.tex, and doesn't go to
the relevant line: therefore, osascript calls application
Emacs, but emacsclient is not activated at all.
