Christiaan, Adam -- From MS Word, I did a "Save as PDF..." of a file that had only Times 12; opened that in Skim; didn't add any notes; tried to "Save as PDF..." from Skim. It crashed. I can open the same file in Preview and "Save as PDF...". It works fine there.
I'm sending the crash report off-list.
