Unless you changed the export template in Skim, all types of notes should be
visible in BibDesk. BTW, where in BD are you talking about? You may see the
notes in the preview pane at the bottom of the main window, or in a table
similar to the notes table in Skim. The first one is determined by Skim's
Export as (Rich) Text, and the latter should show all notes.
