Is there any way to return the menu bar to its permanent visible state, as
well as letting the side panels be either visible, or not, via a toggle key?
I am not enjoying the new sidebars that pop in and out of view with the
mouse. Keyboard control is far superior as it is stable, predictable, and
fast. Also, the left sidebar hides my dock which I keep on the left side,
not on the bottom of my screen. I read you have a "hidden preference" to
fix this. Is this true?
