… same for me: OSX 10.10.3, Skim 1.4.11, and the problem is PageUp & PageDown Keys in single page mode (or in presentation mode, which is what I’m actually using) are reversed — and space bar moves UP (=backwards, towards smaller page numbers) in the file :-((
And no, Apple’s Preview.app does NOT exhibit the same behavior.
And no, it was NOT any different before today’s Skim update.
Very annoying...
