David, I don't have the answer to your question, but I have had this problem, too. At work, I get this same error as you, while at home I have no trouble. Both computers run XP Pro/SP2 and CdC version 2.76. Both use ZoneAlarm as a firewall, but I cannot swear they are configured the same way. I will try to see what the difference is on my two computers' firewalls and pass that information along, if someone else doesn't come to the rescue first! Dick
