Geoff, thanks for your concern. At work I still cannot connect, getting the "Error: 500" message. The problem is not Zone Alarm in my situation, the check marks and not X's are there for Ciel.exe. But I am not concerned, since my workaround to download the file separately, rename it and put it in place is okay. It would be, of course, easier if I could download the file through the Ciel menu, but at least I'm not completely out of luck. In any case, I have no trouble at home, and that's where it really counts anyway. Dick
