Sounds like CdC is using trying to use the default windows font library and your new XP installation doesn't have the greek font installed. Problem is, the font name is that has the greek alphabet its not called greek, oddly enough. If I had to guess, I think it is the "Symbol" font library that has them. Go look under your WinNT directory and you'll see there is a directory called "Fonts". Look and see if there is a file called "Symbol".
