Make sure the Bright Star Catalog is active for the chart.
Make sure the label options are set to show star labels for
sufficiently faint stars.
Make sure that both "name" and "short name" is selected under "label
information" in the label options.  

If you select just "name", but not "short name", in the label options,
then rather than the greek symbol, you get the common name (if
available), followed by Flamsteed #, followed by the abbreviated Beyer
(greek) designation, like "Gam Vir".  But there seems to be a problem
with Gamma Virginis (#29 by Flamsteed), because I get "29 Gam Vir 29
Gam Vir" (yes, printed twice), with the common name "Porrima" printed
over the first "29 Gam Vir".
