On CdC v. 2.75 I'm displaying the bright stars in NGC 2244 surrounding the star HR 2382. The FOV is set to 1 degree and the limiting magnitude is set to 9.0. No matter what I do I can only see the magnitude label for HR 2382 (12 Mon - 5.84). I've changed the settings under Pref | Labels | Options checking off magnitude and setting the limit: magnitude box to 0 and to a very high number. Neither option works (0 or a high number). I also changed the star catalog setting 'Star Magnitude Limits' to Limit only or Continous only or both Limit and Continous. The only magnitude label is still 5.84 for HR 2382. Thanks in advance. I have searched the list for answers and none works for my situation. I'm sure this is an easy fix, I just can't find the solution. Thanks in advance. Ben P.S. - in other planetarium programs there is usually a setting for displaying labels between magnitudes or brighter/dimmer than a certain magnitude. ------------------------ Yahoo!
